Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head Office of Duc Giang Corporation (at working time from Monday to Friday) from 21/10/2025. ID cards, passbooks, valid power of attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
