Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of Stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:17 (Shareholders are entitled to 17 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 504 shares, with an exercise rate of 100:17. Then the number of shares shareholder A receives is (504x17)/100 = 85.68 shares. After rounding to the whole number, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 85 shares and the fractional shares of 0.68 will be cancelled.
 Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at Level 2, Thanh Cong building, 80 Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay ward, Hanoi. Certificate of share ownership and ID cards (for individuals) and Power of attorney (for insitutions in case of authorization) have to be presented.

- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any): For fractional shares (if any) arising when exercising rights, to ensure that they do not exceed the number of shares offered for sale, the number of additional shares offered for sale that shareholders are entitled to purchase will be rounded down to the whole number, and the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be rounded down to 0 share.
Example: shareholder A who owns 200 shares on the record date is entitled to buy (200 x 17.251827503)/100 = 34.50365 shares. According to the rounding principle, the number of shares entitled to buy is 34 shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 13/10/2025 to 28/10/2025
+ Right is transferred once only (The transferee is not allowed to transfer to a third party). The transferor and transferee shall agree on the transfer price, payment, and be responsible for performing obligations related to transfer.
Example: shareholder A who owns 200 shares on the record date is entitled to 200 rights. Shareholder A can transfer 100 rights to shareholder B and 100 rights to shareholder C. Shareholders B and C are not allowed to tranfer rights to a 3rd party.
- Regulations on subscribed shares:

+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 13/10/2025 to 05/11/2025
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment to blockade account for subscription at DSC Securities Corporation:
