The “base interest rate” is determined by the interest rate of regular personal saving deposits with interest post-paid in Vietnam Dong for a term of 12 months, officially listed on the websites of the average of 4 banks including Vietinbank, BIDV, Vietcombank, Agribank on the date of interest rate determination. - Interest payment term: Bond interest is post-paid, periodically every 3 months on interest payment dates; - Interest payment method: Bond interest is paid in one time (paid at the end of the term) on interest payment dates which are the same as the issue date but every 3 months from the issue date. - Principal payment method: Bond principal will be paid at the par value of the bond on the maturity date, except in cases where the bond is redeemed before maturity as regulated.
