Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce certification of share registration and allocation of securities code from 27/08/2025 as follows:

From 27/08/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above registered Securites.

2. Binh Thuan High Quality Plastic Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier of securities registration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
3. From the date of securities registration at VSDC, Binh Thuan High Quality Plastic Joint Stock Company is responsible for:
3.1 Comply with regulations related to registration and corporate action processing in the Guideline on securities registration and transfer of securities ownership; Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders by VSDC (uploaded on the website http://www.vsd.vn Legal documents/Rules/Guidelines of VSDC) and the contents specified in the Service Provision Contract between the two parties.
3.2 Notify the stock exchange in accordance with the Guideline on securities registration and transfer of securities ownership by VSDC within 3 working days from the date when the Stock Exchange (SE) issues a Decision approving the listing/registration for trading.
3.3 Notify VSDC of the first trading day of Company's shares approved by the SE at least 5 working days before the trading day to ensure that data on Company's shares is available on the trading system on the first trading day.
3.4 Report the maximum foreign ownership ratio to the State Securities Commission (SSC) in accordance with Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law. After receiving a document from the SSC announcing the maximum foreign ownership ratio at the Company, VSDC will adjust information on maximum foreign ownership ratio of the Company registered at VSDC.
