Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 342 bonds
- Execution rate: 1/1 100% (Premature redemption of all bonds of Bondholders).
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 1,056,800,000/ bond
+ Bond principal: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond and interest 56,800,000 VND/ bond
+ Redemption price of each bond is calculated according to formula: 100% of bond face value + interest amount earning from 29/9/2024 inclusive to 29/9/2025 exclusive
+ Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: Bond interest received = Total face value of bonds actually held on the record date x 5.68% x Actual number of days for calculating bond interest in that interest payment period/365. In which: Actual number of days for calculating bond interest in the interest payment period from September 29, 2024 inclusive to September 29, 2025 exclusive is 365 days.
- The total amount actually received by bondholders will be rounded up to the whole number (If the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, the fractional part will be rounded up, if the first dp is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. The securities registration institution will exercise the right to redeem bonds on the redemption date, and the bond holders are obliged to sell all their owned bonds to the securities registration institution. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make make bond redemption procedure at at the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ha Thanh Branch (on weekdays) starting from September 29, 2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/9/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
