BAF122029: Cancellation of Bond Registration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the bond registration cancellation from 22/8/2025 of the bond registering institution as follows:
From 22/8/2025, bond code BAF122029, ISIN VNBAF1220293 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BAF122029 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all deposited BAF122029 bonds on the effective date of deregistration. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of depositedBAF122029 bonds from investors' accounts on 22/8/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information on bonds and bondholders after the bonds are deregistered at VSDC and continuing to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
