- Execution Ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right
- Execution Time: Expected in August, September 2025
- Execution Venue: Shareholders shall send the Voting Ballots to the head office address of Tien Phong Securities Joint Stock Company (7th Floor, Doji Building, No. 81-83-85 Ham Nghi Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
- Voting Content: Approval of issues within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with prevailing laws and the Company’s Charter.
