Bond interest rate is a combination of fixed and floating, in which: + Interest rate in the first year applies fixed interest rate: 9.5%/year + Interest rate from the second year to the end of the fourth year applies floating interest rate, adjusted every 3 months and determined by prime rate + 3.9%/year but not lower than 10%/year at least. + Interest rate in the fifth year applies floating interest rate, adjusted every 3 months and determined by prime rate + 5.4%/year but not lower than 11.5%/year at least. The “prime rate” is determined by the interest rate of regular personal savings deposits with interest paid in Vietnam Dong for a term of 12 months, officially listed on the websites of the average of 4 banks including Vietinbank, BIDV, Vietcombank and Agribank on the date of interest rate determination.
