- Payment rate: 10% (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number . The fractional shares (if any) will be removed. 
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A owns 215 shares, so the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is (215*10%) = 21.5 shares. According to the Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, 0.5 shares cannot be exercised. Shareholder A receives 21 new shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's office at the address: No. 73-TT3D, Phung Khoang new urban area, lane 19, To Huu street, Thanh Xuan ward, Hanoi city on working days of the week. ID cards have to be presented.
