a) Payment of 2024 cash dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

b) Payment of 2024 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 117 shares on the record date, the issuance rate is 10:1, shareholder A receives: 117x1/10=11.7 shares. According to the principle of rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 11 shares, the  fraction part of 0.7 shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the headquarters of  International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company (address: 13th Floor, Sofic Building, No. 10 Mai Chi Tho Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). Certificate of Share Ownership/ID cards have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
