+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will:
· Receive dividend by cash at the Finance - Accounting Department of Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company (on working days of the week) starting from August 29, 2025. ID cards/ power of attorneys in accordance with the prevailing laws (in case of authorizing)  have to be presented.
· Receive dividend by bank transfer: Shareholders are requested to send account information in writing to the Finance - Accounting Department of Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company.
