Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:8 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 8 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of issued shares will be rounded to the whole number. The cumulative number of fractional shares (if any) will be fully distributed to the Human Resources Development Fund under the name of OCB Trade Union.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owns 105 shares, then shareholder A will receive an additional 105x8/100=8.4 shares. According to the above rounding principle, the number of new shares that shareholder A will receive is 8 shares. The fractional share (0.4) will be added to the Human Resources Development Fund under the name of OCB Trade Union.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity at OCBS Securities Joint Stock Company on working days of the week and present his/her citizen identification card/identity card, at the following address:
