- Payment rate: 30%/share (Shareholders are entitled to 3 new shares for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: A shareholder owns 12,347 shares, the number of shares to be paid as dividends in 2024 is (12,347x3)/10 = 3,704.1 shares. Thus, the number of shares the shareholder will actually receive is 3,704 shares; 0.1 odd shares will removed.
