BVB: the 7th adjustment of the number of registered shares
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh would like to announce certification of the 7th adjustment of registered securities information for Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows:
Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 25/07/2025
From 25/07/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.
Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15).
