- Redemption price of each bond: Bond face value + bond interest from August 9, 2024 inclusive to August 9, 2025 exclusive (full interest calculation period) + 02 days of interest accrual (because August 9, 2025 and August 10, 2025 are holidays) = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000 x 5.58%) + (1,000,000,000 * 5.58% * 2/365) = 1,056,105,753.42 VND, rounded to 2 decimal places.
- The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
- Payment date: 11/8/2025 (because August 9, 2025 and August 10, 2025 are holidays)
- Vietcombank will redeem all outstanding bonds at the time of redemption. Bondholders have to sell back all their bonds to the issuer.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will sends the  documents including the original Certificate of Bond Ownership to the address: Customer Service Center, Vietcombank, 198 Tran Quang Khai, Ly Thai To Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. Deadline for submitting documents: by 17:00 on August 8, 2025. The owner receives the money from the redemption of the bonds on August 11, 2025 through a transfer to the account that the owner has registered with Vietcombank.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send VSDC the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 04/8/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
