a. Payment of 2024 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:10 (Shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: shareholder A owns 109 BCG shares. Shareholder A will be entitled to receive an additional: 109*10/100 = 10.9 BCG shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 10 BCG shares, the fractional share of 0.9 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at My Chau Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Company Office - Address: 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented 
b.Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 4%/share (400 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 20/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company, 18 Luy Ban Bich, Tan Thoi Hoa ward, Tan Phu district, Hochiminh city on working days from 20/10/2025. ID cards/passports have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
