1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's Ho Chi Minh City Office; address: 16th Floor, Viettel Complex - Tower B, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from Monday to Friday every week (morning from 8:30 to 11:00, afternoon from 13:30 to 16:00) starting from September 9, 2025. Valid ID cards//Passport of the shareholder (original); Certificate of Share Ownership (original) have to be presented.
If an individual is authorized by the Shareholder to receive dividend, in addition to the above documents, the authorized person has to bring the original PoA  certified by the People's Committee of the ward/commune where the Shareholder resides (or a notarized PoA) along with a copy of the ID card/Passport of the authorized person.
2. Postal Ballot
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time:  From August 15, 2025 to before 4:00 p.m. (Vietnam time) on September 16, 2025.
- Execution venue: The Company's Headquarters at Lot 13, Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, Tam Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai Province.
- Contents:  issues under the authority of the General Meeting in accordance with the Company's charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
