Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Residual Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share ( VND 1.000 per share)
- Payment time:  15/08/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive dividends on working days of the week at the General Accounting Department, SIVICO Joint Stock Company and present his/her citizen identification card/ID card from 15/08/2025

2. Payment of 2024 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 15% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 118 shares, the issuance rate is 15%, shareholder A receives: 118x15/100=17.7 shares. According to the principle of rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 17 shares, the  fraction part of 0.7 shares will be removed.
 - Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at SIVICO Joint Stock Company. ID cards have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
