Combination of fixed interest rate and floating interest rate, specifically as follows: + For the first interest calculation periods: Fixed interest rate 9,4%/year; and for the remaining interest periods: The interest rate is floating and equal to the total of 3.0%/year and the reference interest rate. In which, "Interest calculation period" means each term lasts 6 consecutive months from the issue date inclusive to the maturity date exclusively (the date the bond is redeemed before maturity whether voluntary or compulsory). In case a bond is redeemed before maturity or is required to be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond, the last interest calculation period will be calculated from the nearest interest payment date until, but not including the date on which the bond is redeemed before maturity whether voluntary or compulsory. Reference interest rate, the interest calculation period after the first calculation period, is the average of individual saving interest rates for 12-month term (or equivalent) in VND disclosed on the date of related interest calculation by Vietcombank, BIDV, Vietinbank,Techcombank announced on or around 11:00 a.m (Vietnam time) on the date of determination of relevant interest rate.

VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited TCS12303 bonds from investors' accounts on 17/7/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
