- Execution rate: 5% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 20 shares that they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: shareholder who owns 1.025 shares is entitled to receive 1.025*5% = 51.25 new shares. According to the above principle, shareholder will receive 51 new shares, the 0.25 fractional shares will be removed.

ID cards have to be presented. Certificate of Share Ownership and valid ID Card for individual shareholders, copy of Certificate of Business Registration/Legal Documents of the organization for organizational shareholders have to be presented
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
