Draft of Guideline on allocation of security codes and international securities identification numbers (ISINs) at VSDC

In order to comply with the new regulations in Circular No. 76/2024/TT-BTC dated 06/11/2024 of the Ministry of Finance and to complete the regulations on documents and procedures for business activities, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has drafted the content of the Guideline replacing Guideline on allocation of security codes and international securities identification numbers (ISINs) at VSDC.
VSDC respectfully requests that you study and contribute your comments on the above draft. The draft content is posted on VSDC's electronic information page (www.vsd.vn - VSDC News) (Draft Guidleline file attached).
Comments and requests should be sent to: Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, No. 112 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi and email: dangkytp@vsd.vn before 21/7/2025. After this deadline, if VSDC does not receive any comments, it is understood that your unit has agreed with the draft Guideline.
