- Payment rate: 20:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for every 20 shares they own);

- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 50 shares is entitled to receive (50x1):20=2.5 shares. According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 2 new shares. The 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
