- Execution rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 102 shares is entitled to receive 15 shares (102/100*15 = 15.3). According to the principle of rounding, A will receive 15 shares and the 0.3 fractional share will be removed.
- Execution place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at 106 Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan, Room 608A, 6th Floor, Center Point Building on weekdays. ID cards, passbooks have to be presented.
