Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 50 bonds, equivalent to par value: 50,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: Redemption of 100% bonds
- The redemption price of each bond is calculated according to the formula: Bond par value + Interest earned from 19/7/2024 to 19/7/2025 exclusive = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000 x 5.58%) = 1,055,800,000 VND.
- The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
- Payment date: 21/7/2025 (19/7/2025 and 20/7/2025 are not working days)
- Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade will exercise the right to redeem all bonds before maturity on the redemption date 21/7/2025. Bondholders are obliged to sell all bonds to the Issuer and receive the proceeds from the sale of bonds they own. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive proceeds from bond redemption via accounts registered with Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade on 21/7/2025.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 14/7/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
