SPI: Recording the registration, depository data of SPI shares from listing platform on HNX to registration for trading platform (UPCOM) on HNX
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository of SPI shares from the listing platform on HNX to registration for trading platform (UPCOM) as follows:
- Total number of registered shares: 16,815,000 shares
From 14/07/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of SPI shares from the listing platform on HNX to registration for trading platform (UPCOM) on VSDC's system.
Reason: shares of Spiral Galaxy Joint Stock Company are delisted in accordance with Decision no.733/QĐ-SGDHN dated 13/06/2025 by HNX but meet conditions of a public company subject to registration for trading on UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government
