Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:12 (Shareholders are entitled to 12 new shares for every 100 shares that they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of share received will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 128  shares are entitled to receive (128/100*12) = 15.36 new shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 15 shares, the 0.36 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will present ID card to receive shares at CONSTRUCTION AND MECHANICAL JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, Lane 83, Ngoc Hoi road, Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. ID cards/Certificate of business registration/other identity papers or valid power of attorney (in case of authorization) have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
