Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 2%/share (200 VND per share)
- Payment time: 03/07/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Company's office, 9-19 Level 2 Ho Tung Mau, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city on working days from  03/07/2025. ID cards/Passports/Level 2 electronic identification on VneID application, valid copy of Business Registration Certificate have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:30 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 30 new shares for every 100 rights)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 119 shares are entitled to receive (119:100)*30=35.7 new shares. According to the above principle, shareholder A will receive 35 shares, the 0.7 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Company's office, 9-19 Level 2 Ho Tung Mau, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, district 1, Hochiminh city on working days from  03/07/2025. ID card/Passport/Level 2 electronic identification on VneID application, valid copy of Business Registration Certificate have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
