Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will  be removed.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 118 shares, the issuance rate is 10%, shareholder A receives: 118*10/100=11.8 shares. According to the principle of rounding down to the whole number, the number of shares shareholder A receives is 11 shares, the decimal fraction of 0.8 shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's head office - No. 8 Lang Ha, Thanh Cong Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi (on weekdays). ID cards and passbooks have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
