Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for VE8 shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 1,800,000  shares;
From 29/05/2025, VSDC will transfer data of registration and depository of CVN shares from HNX to UPCOM on VSDC's system. 
Reason: Vneco 8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company was mandatorily delisted in accordance with Decision no.483/QĐ-SGDHN dated 25/04/2025 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still met conditions of a public company subject to trading registration on UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133, Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government
