+ The bond interest rate applied for the first 2 interest periods: 11%/year. + The bond interest rate applied for the 3rd interest period onwards is floating interest rate and is determined according to the following formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 4%/year, but not lower than the interest rate applied for the first interest period. The determination of interest rates is according to the following rule: (i) Interest rates will be determined for each interest period; (ii) "Reference interest rate" used to calculate interest rates from the 3rd interest period onwards is the average interest rate on personal savings deposits in Vietnam Dong (postpaid) for 12-month term (or equivalent) announced on the official websites of 4 Vietnamese commercial banks including: Vietcombank (interest rate applied to the Transaction Center Branch), BIDV (reference interest rate applied to Hanoi), Vietinbank (highest public interest rate) and Agribank (highest public interest rate (each of these banks is referred to as a “Reference Bank”) on the interest rate determination date for that interest period. (iii) The interest rate determination date is the working date which is 7 working days before the start date of the relevant interest period.

Depository Members are requested to record the withdrawal of TKL12201 bonds deposited on the investor's account on 26/5/2025 and inform relevant investors.
