- Payment rate: 100:11 (Shareholders are entitled to 11 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding: The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares will be removed.
- For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 128 shares is entitled to receive 14.08 shares (= 128 x 10%). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 14 shares. The 0.08 fractional shares will be removed
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Bao Minh Securities Company (Lầu 3, Tòa nhà Pax Sky, Số 34A Phạm Ngọc Thạch, Phường Võ Thị Sáu, Q.3, Tp. HCM). ID cards have to be presented.
