Following documents are required:
*By cash: passbook, ID cards
*By bank transfer: shareholders are requested to fill the form and send to the Accounting department of Gia Lai Water Supply Sewerage Joint Stock Company at the above address. The company only transfers dividend to the account of the relevant shareholders who shall bear the transfer fee.
