Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 20%/share (2,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 29/05/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholder will receive dividends at Quang Ninh Book and Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company, no.10, Long Tien street, Bach Dang ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province on working days from 29/05/2025. Certificates of share ownership have to be presented.
