Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 50% (the holders are entitled to a new share for every 2 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder A who owns 131 shares are entitled to 131*50%=65.5 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will be entitled to 65 shares. The 0.5 frantional share will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the head office of FPT Securities Joint Stock Company, no. 52 Lac Long Quan Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi on weekdays. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
