Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 40%/share (VND 4,000 per share).
- Payment time: 27/06/2025
- Payment place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accounting Department of Dinh Vu Port Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (during office hours from Monday to Friday of the week) starting from June 27, 2025. ID cards have to be presented.
