Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time and venue: to be announced in the invitation letters
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activities and 2025 directions;
+ Report by the Management Board on 2024 business and 2025 plan;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2024 activities and 2025 directions;
+ Proposal for approving 2024 audited financial statements;
+ Proposal for 2024 profit distribution and earnings reserved for fund establishment;
+ Proposal for approving 2024 remuneration and 2025 plan for the BOD, the SB;
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Other issues (if any).
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
