+ Report on 2024 business and production results;
+ 2025 business, production, and financial plan;
+ Report of the Board of Directors evaluating the Company's business management in 2024;
+ Report of the Supervisory Board on the audit of business and production activities in 2024;
+ Report on 2024 financial results and profit distribution;
+ Report on selection of an auditing firm for 2024 and proposal to the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for approval of the independent auditing firm for 2025 financial statements;
+ Report on salaries and remuneration for the executives in 2024, and proposal for approval of the salary and remuneration plan for the executives in 2025;
+ Proposal to the Meeting for approval of wholesale clean water purchase and sale contracts with Saigon Water Corporation (the parent company) with contract values equal to or exceeding 35% of the Company's total assets as recorded in the latest financial statements;
+ Proposal to the meeting for approval of wholesale clean water purchase and sale contracts with Saigon Water Corporation (the parent company) with contract values equal to or exceeding 35% of the Company's total assets as recorded in the latest financial statements;
+ Proposal to the meeting for approval of: (1) changes to the Company's business lines; (2) amendments to Article 4.1 of the Charter regarding business lines to reflect such changes; (3) determination of the Company's foreign ownership ratio;
+ Proposal to the meeting for dismissal and election of replacement members of the Board of Directors;

+ Approval of the Meeting Minutes and Resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 28/05/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
