The floating interest rate of the bond is calculated according to the following formula: The bond's interest rate for each interest calculation period is the reference interest rate plus 1.8% per annum. In this formula, the reference interest rate is calculated as the average interest rate of regular individual savings deposits in Vietnamese dong with a 12-month maturity (or equivalent), publicly listed on the official website on the interest rate determination date by the following four banks: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade and Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (each referred to as a reference bank). To clarify, the reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. For the first interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month immediately preceding the issuance date. For subsequent interest payment periods, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month immediately preceding the first day of that interest payment period. The bond's interest rate for the first interest calculation period, as determined by the above formula, is 7.05%.
