On 03/4/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document no. 2957/TVĐ1-P4 dated 03/4/2025 from Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 (TV1) regarding the cancellation of the List of securities owners exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). VSDC would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting on the record date of 24/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no. 844/TB-VSDC dated 04/3/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company has not finalized the agenda, 2025 Annual General Meeting is unable to be organized as planned
