The reference interest rate, if not an integer, will be rounded to two decimal places. For the first interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is 29/11/2023. For subsequent interest payment periods, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of October of the year in which interest payments are made for that interest payment period. The bond interest rate of the first interest period is determined according to the above formula: 7.03%/year.
