FBC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing
Pursuant to the document no. 08/FOMECO dated 07/03/2025 of Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 19/02/2025 in accordance with Notice no.237/TB-VSDC dated 23/01/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company adjusts the plan of organizing 2025 Annual general meeting to have enough time to prepare and finalize meeting materials as stipulated by prevaling laws and the Charter.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited FBC shares at DMs
