For clarity, if the reference interest rate is not an integer, it will be rounded to two decimal places. For the first interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month preceding the issuance date. For the next interest payment period, the interest rate determination date is the last working day of the month preceding the first day of that interest payment period.
