a) Advance Payment of 2024 cash dividend

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Dong Nai Tourist Joint Stock Company. Address: 105 Ha Huy Giap road, Quyet Thang Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days from 21/04/2025. ID cards or share ownership certificate have to be presented. Institutional shareholders  have to present a letter of introduction (in case appointing an employee to receive dividend) and a request for receiving dividend.
b) 2025 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time: 25/04/2025, the specific time will be announced later
- Meeting venue: Dong Nai Hotel, No. 57 Pham Van Thuan, Tan Tien Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
- Tentative Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2024 production & business results
+ Report by the Board of Directors on the implementation of 2024 General Meeting resolutions;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on appraising 2024 financial statements;
+ 2025 production and business plan;
+ Election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for 2026-2030 term;
+ Some other issues.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to email of VSDC). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 31/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
