SBC: Money transfer for dividend payment

Pursuant to the document no.165/TB-CNVSDC dated 11/02/2025 by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch on the record date for advance payment of 2024 cash dividend for share of SaiGon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company, payment date: 14/03/2025.
However, as of 9 am on 13/03/2025, VSDC's Branch has not received money for dividend payment from the Securities registering institution. Therefore, VSDC's Branch can't transfer money for dividend payment to DMs.
VSDC's Branch will transfer money to DMs immediately after receiving dividend payment from the Securities registering institution.
This notice of VSDC's Branch is for DMs' information and notification to shareholders.
