Reason:

Kon Tum Water Supply Joint Stock Company is an equitized enterprise that, after 1 year from the first trading date, has not yet met the conditions to be a public company as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Securities Law and has not been confirmed by the State Securities Commission to have completed the registration of a public company, falling into the case of cancellation of transaction registration as prescribed in Point dd, Clause 1, Article 137 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.

- On 20/02/2025, VSDC will finalize the list of KTW shareholders to cancel registration.
Depository Members (DMs) are requested to implement the following tasks:
+ From 19/02/2025, VSDC will stop providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of KTW securities. DMs is requested to inform investors of this notice.
+ On 21/02/2025, VSDC will create and send the list of KTW deposited shareholders (report code: CA001) to DMs in the electronic form.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors to VSDC for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 24/02/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 26/02/2025, the securities code KTW, mã ISIN VN000000KTW7 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of KTW shares. VSDC will cancel all deposited KTW shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to cancel KTW shares from investors' accounts on 26/02/2025 and inform relevant investors to contact the securities registering institution to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
