From 23/01/2025, security code CTD122015, ISIN VNCTD1220155 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for CTD122015 bonds. VSDC will withdraw all CTD122015 deposited bonds on the valid date of registration cancellation. VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited CTD122015 bonds from investors' accounts on 23/01/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
