Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 250,000 bonds
- Execution rate: the number of bonds redeemed/the number of bonds owned: 250,000/14,205,000
- Redemption price of each bond: 100,106.849 VND/bond
+ Bond face value: 100,000 VND + interest accrued from 29/01/2025 inclusive  to 03/02/2025 exclusive: 106,849 VND = 100,000 VND x 7.8% x 5 days/365 days.
+ Actual redemption price received by each bondholder as the payment date of redemption proceeds is not a working day will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part will be cancelled).
- Payment date: 03/02/2025 (the payment date on 29/01/2025 is a day off as regulated)
- Principle of rounding: to ensure the number of bonds redeemed not exceeding the number of bonds redeemed by the issuer, the number of bonds redeemed of each bondholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the issuer finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ For securities that have not deposited: Owners will receive redemption amount at Trung Nam Dak Lak 1 Wind Power Joint Stock Company from 03/02/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/01/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
