VSDC's members are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited VNG122002 bonds from investors' accounts on 03/01/2025 and inform related investors accordingly.
Cancellation of securities registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Thanh Thanh Cong Tourism Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
