Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 5,946 VND/bond
-The actual number of days for calculating bond interest during the interest payment period from 25/01/2024 inclusive to 25/01/2025 exclusive is 366 days.
- Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: Bond interest earned during the interest payment period = face value of bonds actually held at the record date x 5.93% x 366/365.
The actual receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the decimal part will be removed)
- Payment date: 03/02/2025 (sine the dates from 25/01/2025 to 02/02/2025 are not working days)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) (on working days) from 03/02/2025. 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/01/2025.
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
