Pursuant to the notice no.1182CV/VNECO-TH dated 11/12/2024 of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: VNE) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 General meeting , Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 Annual general meeting, the record date: 23/09/2024 in accordance with Notice no.3554/TB-VSDC dated 04/09/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: VNECO has not completed the organization of the 2024 Annual General Meeting as planned because VNECO has not yet resolved the remaining issues (construction volume, implementation value, records, documents, etc.) on a number of key projects. Therefore, the List of Securities holders established on 23/09/2024 of VNECO is no longer appropriate.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VNE shares at DMs
